Selectmen’s Meeting

May 10, 2007 Thursday 6:30PM  

Selectmen present:  Chairman, Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor. Other participants:  Town Clerk Cindy Reilly and Selectmen’s assistant Barbara Grindle. 

1. Approved the minutes of the May 8, 2007 selectmen’s meeting.

 

1. Reviewed and signed the treasurer’s warrant (#45) in the amount of $10,065.35.

 

1. Selectmen developed road damage estimates from the Patriots day storm.  This storm caused numerous washouts in town and the estimates are needed to submit to the Federal emergency management agency for possible reimbursement.

 

1. Selectmen voted 3 to 0 to obtain a town credit card for use when there is insufficient time to mail a check or in emergency situations.  Use of the card will be strictly limited and closely monitored.

 The meeting was adjourned at 9:05PM
