SELECTMEN’S NOTICE

Thursday, June 11, 2009

 

Selectmen present:  Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger

 

Others present:  Road Commissioner Paul Carter, Clerk/Treasurer Cindy Reilly, Assistant to the Selectmen Barbara Grindle.

 

1)                  Approved the minutes of the last meeting.

 

2)                  Asked if someone from the Pine Grove Cemetery Association would call for estimates for repairing the road to the cemetery.  Barbara volunteered to do it as she is secretary of the Association.

 

3)                  Signed Treasurer’s warrant for $75,920.74, including $59,325.54 for the school, $4,112.80 for road payroll, and $7,900 for the blueprints for the salt/sand shed.

 

4)                  Barbara will check with a landowner about a ROW across town property.  The ROW is not a town road and the town is not responsible for maintenance.

 

5)                  Adjourned at 8 pm.
