         TOWN OF SEDGWICKSELECTMEN’S MEETINGFebruary 7, 2011             Selectmen present:  Nelson Grindal, Colby Pert, Victor Smith             Also present:  Assistant Barbara Grindle             1)         Reviewed Town Report warrant.             2)         Voted 3-0 to give Treasurer a $500 raise.             3)         With all figures and articles in place signed the Town Report warrant.  Instructed Assistant to take Town Report to Pioneer Print for printing.             Adjourned at 3:05 pm.                                                 Victor Smith,                                                              3rd Selectman
