TOWN OF SEDGWICK

SELECTMEN’S MEETING

December 29, 2009

 

Selectmen present:  Bill Jagger, Victor Smith

Also present:  Paul Trowbridge, Gordon Gianninoto and Assistant Barbara Grindle

 

In the absence of First Selectman Grindal, the meeting was opened by Second Selectman Bill Jagger.

 

1)                  Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

 

2)                  Mr Gianninoto presented the draft of a lease agreement for the wind power tower site on Caterpillar Hill to the selectmen and Mr Trowbridge.  They will be reading it and checking with UMO and lawyers to make sure everything is covered and will meet to discuss any changes that need to be made to the draft.

 

3)                  Also discussed was the height of a desk for the Tax Collector.  

 

4)                  Signed the Treasurer’s Warrant of $951.13.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 8 pm.
