TOWN OF SEDGWICK

SELECTMEN’S MEETING

August 19, 2010

 

Selectmen present:  Nelson Grindal, Colby Pert, Victor Smith

 

Also present:            Road Commissioner Paul Carter, Treasurer Cindy Reilly, Tax Collector Belinda Pert, Assistant Barbara Grindle, Peter Douvarjo, John and Nichole Gray.

 

1)                  Minutes of the last meeting read and approved.

 

2)                  Signed the treasurer’s warrant for $43,383.77; $40,524.79 for the school.

 

3)                  The residents of Christy Hill were in with information, a petition and a request for information regarding the writing of an ordinance for wind towers.  They are not in favor of the anemometer tower in the blueberry fields near Frost Pond.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm.
