SELECTMEN’S MEETING

April 19, 2012

 

Selectmen present:  Neil Davis, Colby Pert, Victor Smith

 

Also present:  Tax Collector Belinda Pert, Treasurer Cindy Reilly, Assistant Barbara Grindle

 

1)         Read and approved the minutes of the last meeting.

 

2)         Signed the Treasurer’s warrant for $58,516.04; $56,178.64 was for education.

 

3)         Checked the proposed rules that the Sedgwick-Brooksville Joint Board has proposed for the Walker Pond Access.  Reminded by Smith that clean-up day is May 5.  Bring chain saws, rakes, etc for cleaning up the boat launch and swimming areas. 

 

4)         Discussed the money (grant monies) from Efficiency Maine.  Some confusion about distribution of the money between the Town Office repairs and Peninsula Power Wind Tower project.

 

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:20 pm.
