SELECTMEN’S MEETING

October 4, 2012

 

Selectmen present:       Neil Davis, Colby Pert, Victor Smith

 

Also present:    Treasurer Cindy Reilly, CEO Edward Michaels, Assistant Barbara Grindle

 

1)         Minutes of the last meeting read and approved.

 

2)         Signed treasurer’s warrant of $217,611.88; school expenses were $206,290.01, salaries accounted for $5,045.03.

 

3)         The Patten Case needs to go to court for a final decision.  The lawyers are emailing each other back and forth as usual and nothing is getting done.  The town attorney has been instructed to get this in court as soon as possible and also to ask for punitive damages.

 

4)         There were two citizens in to get their concealed weapons permits.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
