Selectmen’s Meeting

December 11, 2007

Selectmen present:  Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor.

 

Other participants:  Code Enforcement Officer Duane Ford and Selectmen’s assistant Barbara Grindle.

 

1. Approved the minutes of the December 6, 2007 selectmen’s meeting.

 

1. Mr. Ford presented an update on various code enforcement activities in town.

 

1. Approved and abatement (#197) in the amount of $1,270.43 for Edwin Pert.  Mr. Pert’s property was valued as a build able lot when in fact it is not.  The adjustment was made by the assessor’s agent after finding that the property would not support a septic system.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 5:15PM.
