Meeting opened at 5:30pm. Adjourned at 6:15pm. Members present: Michael Sheahan, Ben Astbury, Bob Publicover, John Gray, Hal Snow, Richard Bakeman. Also present: John Kimball, Don Buckingham
Actions Taken:
Motion to accept minutes of the October 10th meeting as written. All in favor.

Discussion:
Walker Pond’s water level is very high and the beach sand has been eroded. There should be an effort to establish a set or rules to govern the water level at different times of year.
A missing float was returned and pulled from the pond. Signed a card of thanks to Mark Lyman for finding and retrieving it.
Tom Schley and, possibly, Margaret Hardy will be available for boat inspection next summer.
Now that the beavers have been relocated, we should work to dismantle the complex of dams that have been contributing to flooding and beach erosion. Sedgwick will try to find someone.
Paul Carter will plow and sand again this winter and grade Cooper Farm Rd.
The Sedgwick-Brooksville Town Landing Committee will next meet on February 13, 2020.
