Planning Board Work Session

27 January 2016

 

Members present:  Robert Jones, David Carter, Peter Neill, Victor Smith and Patricia Egan.

 

The January minutes were approved.

 

The business we undertook was to review and edit the Site Plan Review Ordinance to remove what does not apply to Sedgwick, to clarify some sections, and to make the process more user friendly for applicants.

 

After going through the document and discussing suggested revisions, Peter Neill moved that we accept the revisions and submit them to the Selectmen.  All agreed to present the revised plan to the Selectmen at their next meeting on January 28^th so that there will be time for a hearing before Town Meeting in March.

 

There was a general move to adjourn until the regular February meeting.
