TOWN OF SEDGWICK

PLANNING BOARD MEETING

November 13, 2012

The Sedgwick Planning Board met at the Town Office on Tuesday, November 13 at 7 pm.  Present were board members Michael Rossney, Peter Neill, Chairman John Allen, Secretary Sylvia Wardwell and Alternate Peter Atherton.  Also present at the meeting were CEO Edward Michaels and Assistant to the Selectmen Barbara Grindle.

Chairman John Allen opened the meeting at 7 pm.

The board reviewed the draft cell tower ordinance (Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Ordinance).  The CEO was asked if there were any problems that he wished to present to the board regarding the draft and he had no major issues that needed to be presented.  The board accepted the final draft and a motion was made, seconded and voted 5-0.

The notion was to accept the final draft for recommendation to the selectmen for legal review by the town counsel for inclusion on the warrant for town meeting. 

            Assistant Grindle will see that the selectmen get copies of the draft ordinance.

            The CEO reported that he had been asked to sign off on a property at Covenant Way and he refused to do so.  The conditions are deplorable and he won’t  sign off on anything that isn’t up to code.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8 pm.
