TOWN OF SEDGWICK

PLANNING BOARD MEETING

December 10, 2013

 

Opened the meeting at 7:04 pm and established that a quorum was present.  Planning Board members present:  Chairman John Allen, Secretary Sylvia Wardwell, Michael Rossney, Peter Neill, Nicole Gray, Alternate Peter Atherton.  Also present:  CEO Duane Ford, Assistant to the Selectmen Barbara Grindle.

 

Read and approved the minutes of the last meeting.

 

There was no new business before the board.

 

Old Business:  The committee to review the ordinances, Peter Neill, Nicole Gray and CEO Duane Ford, have met and brought some changes to the board for reviewing.  After discussion and some revisions, the board voted to send the revised draft to the selectmen for their approval.  The final changes will be added to the town report for voting by those at town meeting.

 

CEO reported that he has been attending meetings updating the floodplain maps.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm.
