Planning Board Minutes

 

Called to order: 19:02

 

Members present: (by teleconference and at fire station due to COVID 19) David Carter, Peter Neill, Richard Doane, Chairman Danny Weed, Alt. Michael Rossney

 

Others present: CEO Duane Ford, Selectman Robert Publicover, Mia Strong, Al Strong, David Albrecht (via FCC.com), Matt Swansburg (via FCC.com)

 

Chairman Weed stated that there was a quorum

 

Motion made and seconded to accept April 2021 minutes as read. Motion passed.

 

Old Business:

 

Selectmen Liaison Publicover stated that work sessions aren’t required to be public. Board to read over Site Plan Review, meet June 8 at 18:00 to discuss possible changes.

 

Mia Strong, Al Strong for Strong Brewing Co. CEO Ford feels that the application is complete. Stated that any expansion to the business or home will require new septic plan, Motion made and seconded to accept application as complete pending public hearing. Motion passed. Public hearing to be held 8 June 2021 at 18:30.

 

New business:

 

Borreggo Solar present to request extension of permit for solar farm. Have all required permits, design is the same. Possible start in the spring. Motion made and seconded to extend permit. Motion passed.

Discussion of pier on Carter’s Point

 

Several projects going on.
