Planning Board Minutes

Called to order at 19:00

Members Present: Acting Chairman Mike Rossney, David Carter, Richard Doane, Peter Atherton, Peter Neill, Andy Bowes , Robert Publicover

Others present: CEO Duane Ford, Al and Mia Strong

Chairman Rossney noted that there was a quorum present.

The minutes for the December 2017 were approved.

Old business: Discussion of the new Shoreland Zoning. Ordinance.
Short discussion on Skip Eaton tower removal.
New Business: Al and Mia Strong of Strong Brewing Company presented proposal to build covered stage for musicians performing at music events on Graytown Road side of house. Provided information, drawings and partially completed Site Plan Review application.
Board indicated that the project would require a Site Plan Review.
Board outlined process and time line for process.
Applicants provided answers to several questions posed by board.
Chairman Rossney noted that this meeting would be the Pre-Application Review.
Strongs to return next month for Formal Application meeting.
After hearing that there was no additional new business, it was moved and seconded to adjorn. Meeting adjorned at 19:56
