We have an aggressive timeline to meet March town meeting for approval to shorten meetings and make productive; Wetterskog to email documents prior to mtg enabling members to prepare comments/concerns for discussion
Confirmed email addresses to ensure members receive material
Shoreland Zone Map Digitizing for Plan
Levine Consulting states Shoreland Zone map required for CP
Both HCPC website and Sedgwick website have incorrect map posted.
Wetterskog to pursue digitizing town hall map, should be under $100 and will
present expenditure to board of selectmen once amount confirmed

* Vision Statement
Committee selected Vision Statement Draft version 1 with the addition of
farmland to the Protect and Enhance Our Natural Environment bullet and
encourages workforce housing projects to the Plan for the Future bullet.

• Levine Survey Summary
A handout of the Qualitative Summary of the Survey, previously sent via
email, was distributed.
Goals, Objectives, Strategies
A Goals list was distributed identifying possible goals and sample objectives
taken from the Levine Survey Summary
The handout also included a worksheet table to identify each Goal and
subsequent Objective, Strategy, Responsible Party, and Timeframe.
Each committee member was asked to select a Goal category, review the
Levine Survey Summary and determine if additional goals or objectives
should be added to their respective category

Committee members were asked to have their goals ready for discussion at
the November meeting (11/12/24)
Open Meeting and Communications
November meeting will be held at the Fire Station on Sedgwick Ridge Rd
Wetterskog to work on Packet and email communication to inform public of
meeting
