SELECTMEN’S MEETING

November 8, 12012

  

Selectmen present:  Neil Davis, Colby Pert, Victor Smith

 

Also present:  CEO Edward Michaels, Treasurer Cindy Reilly, Tax Collector Belinda Pert, Assistant Barbara Grindle

 

1)         Minutes of the last meeting read and accepted.

 

2)         Signed the treasurer’s warrant for $10,549.05; $3790.23 for the first loads of salt, $4,034.29 Fire Dept. expenses, and $660 for ballot clerks for the election (thank you to David & Jan Anderson and Bill Pettingill for the donating their time).

 

3)         Progress is being made slowly in the 4 Winds/Patten case.

 

4)         Motion made and seconded to pay M.E. Astbury for the final work on the Walker Pond Access road.    Also moved and seconded to pay the separate bill of $5,650 for the additional work requested by DEP on the road.  Voted to pay both bills from M. E. Astbury. 

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:45 pm.
