Sedgwick-Brooksville Town Landing Committee minutes for May 13, 2021

Meeting opened at 5:30pm. Adjourned at 5:50pm. Members present: Michael Sheahan, Ben Astbury, Robert Publicover, John Gray, Hal Snow

Actions Taken:
Motion to accept minutes of the April 8th 2021 meeting. All in favor.
Motion to elect Hal Snow to chair committee. All in favor.

Discussion:
Trees down by the shore. Ben spoke to David Hamilton who removed the downed trees. Ben will remove other tree debris.

Ben: Time to consider change of chairmanship. It’s been three years with Sedgwick in the chairmanship.

No one knows the status of float installation. John Kimball needs Bill Grant’s cell phone number for coordination.

Report from John Kimball: Two courtesy boat inspectors are staffing the landing. Everything’s going well. Alewives are coming into the pond.

Next meeting will be in person on June 9^th at 9:15. All meetings will be on the second Wednesday of the month at the Brooksville Town Office.
