Selectmen’s Meeting

March 10, 2009

    

Selectmen present:   Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger

 

Also present:  CEO Duane Ford, Tax Collector Belinda Pert, Aaron Grindal, Assistant Barbara Grindle.

 

1)      Approved minutes of the last meeting.

 

2)      Discussed the upcoming town meeting re the school referendum.

 

3)      Also discussed the regulations concerning the election of a new selectman since newly elected Tom O’Connor is not able to serve.  They must set a date that is at least 24 days but less than 85 days for candidates to pick up their papers, get their  signatures and bring the papers back to the Town Clerk, and then hold the election. 

 

The meeting was adjourned at 5 pm.
