Selectmen’s Meeting

January 22, 2009  Thursday 6:30PM  

Selectmen Present; Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor. Other Participants; Clerk/Treasurer Cindy Reilly and Selectman’s Assistant Barbara Grindle   

  1. Approved the Minutes of the January 20, 2009 selectmen’s meeting.

 

  1. Selectmen discussed the purposed state plan to reduce the town’s revenue sharing money by over $7,000.

 

  1. Selectmen voted 3 to 0 to postpone for one year the yearly reevaluation plan due to this year’s budget constraint.  The plan would have cost $7,000 per year.

 

  1. Approved the Treasurers warrant (#30) in the amount of $64,197.66.  $53,877.27 of that amount was for school expenses.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
