Selectmen’s Meeting

November 15, 2007  Thursday  6:30PM  

Selectmen present, Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor. Other participants, Town Clerk/Treasurer Cindy Reilly and Selectman’s Assistant Barbara Grindle.  

1.     Approved the minutes of the November 13, 2007 selectman’s meeting. 

2.     Approved the treasurer’s warrant (#20) in the amount of $817,885.12.  $700.000 of that amount was authorizing movement of funds into CD’s and Money market accounts.   $63,423.88 was for school expenses and $31,590.oo was for the second payment on the new fire station. 

3.     Selectmen authorized Barbara Grindle to purchase necessary archival supplies to help stabilize old town records which are in danger of deterioration.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:15PM.
