Selectmen’s Meeting
October 4,2007 Thursday 6:20PM
Selectmen present: Chairman Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor. Other participants: Fire Chief David Carter, Selectmen’s assistant Barbara Grindle and Town clerk/Treasurer Cindy Reilly.
- Approved the minutes of the October 2, 2007 selectmen’s meeting.
- Approved the treasurer’s warrant (#14) in the amount of $65,537.16. $46,965.70 of that amount was for school expenses.
- Chief Carter gave an update on recent mechanical problems on two of the fire trucks. Both problems have been resolved the most serious was not as serious as previously believed. He also reported on recent road sign work that has been completed.
- Selectmen approved a renewal application for Mr. Sheldon Kane, for his auto recycling facility. The approval is valid for one year.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:15PM
