Selectmen’s Meeting

August 21, 2007  Tuesday  3:30PM  

Selectmen present:  Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor. Other participants:  Selectman’s assistant Barbara Grindle. 

1. Selectmen approved the minutes of the August 16, 2007 selectmen’s meeting.

 

1. Selectmen reviewed a consent agreement presented by the attorney for the Goldsby/Osborn property.  The agreement is in response to the original agreement which the town presented to the property owners to settle a violation.  The document will be referred to the town attorney, Jim Paterson for his opinion.

 

1. Selectmen approved $600 for survey work at the Town House.  The survey is to establish the property boundaries.

 The meeting was adjourned at 5:10PM
