Selectmen’s Meeting

August 16, 2007  Thursday  6:30PM   

Selectmen present:  Chairman Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor. Other participants:  Selectman’s assistant Barbara Grindle.  

  1. Approved the minutes of the August 14, 2007 selectmen’s meeting

 

  1. Selectmen discussed the upcoming school unit consolidation meeting which will be held on Monday August 20th.  The town will be required to submit a tentative plan to consolidate our school administrative district into a new school district containing between 1,200 and 2,500 students.

 

  1. Approved the treasurer's warrant (#7) in the amount of $1,122.95.

  The meeting was adjourned at 8:00PM.
