Selectmen’s Meeting

April 17, 2007  Tuesday  3:30PM   

Selectmen present:  Chairman Nelson Grindal, Bill Jagger and Tom O'Connor. Other participants:  Tax Collector Belinda Pert and Access committee members Barbara Grindle and Emily Webb. 

  1. Approved the minutes of the April 12, 2007 selectmen’s meeting.

 

  1. Approved the wording of the newspaper ad for the 2007/2008 snow plowing contract.  The deadline for contract proposals is May 29, 2007.

 

  1. Approved a town policy dealing with firearms.  The policy states that no one representing the town shall carry a firearm during the performance of town business.

 

  1. Access committee members were brought up to date on efforts to secure access to the town property on Walker Pond.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:30PM.
