Old Business

Distributed updated Goals, Objectives, Strategies. Specifically, modifications to Town Services & Administrative, Educations & Schools, and Public Safety, Transportation & Infrastructure (material emailed prior to meeting for committee review)
Distributed Growth identification narrative and map. (material emailed prior to meeting for committee review)
Will forward final Goals and Growth files to Levine Planning by 1/17/25.

New Business

Reviewed draft of Comprehensive Plan Summary report for March 2025 Annual Meeting. Report must be submitted to town by 1/19/25.
Reviewed Comprehensive Plan Public Participation Summary. Summary will be submitted to Levine Planning by 1/17/25
Jon Woodward provided suggestions for Affordable/Workforce Housing.
- Suggestions will be added to the Land Use Current and Future Goals
- Draft of Land Use Current and Future Goals will be sent to Jon for review/comment
- Land Use Current and Future Goals will be submitted to Levine Planning by 1/17/25.
