Paul stated that if anyone needed anything to let him know, but otherwise he would consider himself done. The board expressed their condolences in hearing the news and thanked him for his service.
FIRE CHIEF REPORT:
David attended the meeting to ask if there was going to be a special town meeting any time soon to approve ordering/spending money on a new fire truck tanker. The process for getting the truck built/delivered is a couple years out so the sooner it could be ordered the better. He’s met with the salesman. The new cab/chasse total is 141,800.00 up 50,00.00 from the last time a truck was ordered. David will be meeting with the Fire Truck Committee to discuss further and will let the Select Board know asap when they plan to order.
CEO REPORT:
Duane discussed Jerry and David (also in attendance and on the planning board) the plans for Ferry landing and the lack of information regarding a boardwalk that will be installed later. David and Jerry along with Duane and Colby agree that a revised set of plans should be provided to include the proposed boardwalk. Duane is still waiting to hear about a variance for Tanya Prime’s property.
